About this course:

Just as children brush their teeth daily to maintain physical health, they need daily emotional caretaking to stay emotionally healthy and balanced. In this workshop, you'll learn how to create a daily practice of emotional hygiene that helps children navigate their emotions, build self-regulation skills, and reduce daily meltdowns. By implementing simple coping strategies and setting up routines, you'll stop feeling like you're constantly putting out fires and start fostering a peaceful, emotionally stable environment for your child or classroom.
