Terri Hines is an award-winning marketing and communications executive with over 25 years of experience leading iconic global brands across sports, media, fashion, entertainment, retail and consumer products industries. As Executive Vice President, Communications for FOX Sports, she serves as the network’s chief spokesperson, overseeing all communications, publicity, brand, culture and social responsibility strategies for the #1 brand in live sports entertainment.
A dynamic sports leader, Terri previously spent a decade at NIKE, Inc., where she held key leadership positions within the Jordan Brand, inspired by the dynamic legacy, vision, and direct involvement of NBA legend Michael Jordan, spearheading communications and entertainment strategy that influenced culture. Her brand imprint continued at Converse, leading legacy-defining campaigns that contributed to its billion-dollar growth. Prior to Nike, she held pivotal roles in marketing, communications and sales for global brands Nissan North America, Kodak and Volkswagen of America.
A sought-after speaker, thought leader and cultural strategist, Terri has had the honor of presenting at global business conferences, trade shows and career seminars, and for sports league partners, the Los Angeles Dodgers, NFL Players Association, National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) and NASCAR.
She has guest lectured at several leading universities including University of Southern California (USC), Stanford, NYU, San Diego State, University of Oregon, and her alma mater, Florida A&M University. She has also received numerous distinguished honors over her career.
