Transcripts

A transcript is a record of all of the courses you completed, grades you earned, and programs you finished at UCLA Extension.

We offer both official and unofficial transcripts. For more detail, visit Transcripts and Enrollment Confirmation.

Order Transcript

Credits & Grades

  • To view final grades, log into the Student Portal, select “My Enrollment History” from the left side navigation menu, then click the “Completed” tab.
  • Final grades may take up to 2-3 weeks to be posted after the last day of a course.
  • Questions or concerns about a final grade should be sent directly to the course instructor via Canvas. If your Canvas access ended, please contact the appropriate Academic Program Department.
