Al Hirsch

Al Hirsch’s experience in electrical engineering and project management spans over 20 years. Currently, he is the Managing Director and Owner of CTARCo International. Most recently, Al completed an assignment assisting TinMan Systems, Inc. the developer of the next generation of fully autonomous Artificial Intelligence applications. Previously, Al has managed joint ventures for international and domestic government agencies as well as commercial businesses. He has served as COO and CFO to several start-up companies.

Al holds a B.S.E.E. with Honors and Distinction from Iowa State University and a Master’s of Science in Executive Management from Pepperdine University. Additionally, he has completed graduate studies in Project, Matrix, and Materials (Inventory and Supply Chains) management at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
