Matt Pirayeh

Matt Pirayeh has over 22 years of professional experience in the development and delivery of various real estate projects working with construction companies, project management consultancies and real estate developers in the USA and UAE. He has gained a solid track record of successful completion of a diverse set of projects from concept to hand-over in private and public sectors ranging from a hotel & resort, commercial, residential, academic, museum and other types of buildings.

Matt is currently the President of Triangle DeCon Services, Inc. which is a boutique Construction & Project Management consultancy firm serving private and public organizations in Southern California. Prior to that, he worked as a Senior Project Manager for a CM/PM consultancy firm developing and building School and University facilities. Matt was also fortunate to gain some international experience by working in UAE at Souq Extra Development, a leading community shopping center developer, and at Turner Construction International on the landmark $800 million mega-project of Louvre Museum. Prior to embarking on the overseas journey, he worked with a number of leading General Contractors and a real estate developer completing an array of commercial and institutional projects.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, a Master of Science degree in Construction Management from University of Southern California and a Master’s in Business Administration from University of Southern California. Matt has received the prestigious Professional Engineer (P.E.) license from the State of California, General Building Contractor license from State of California, certified Project Management Professional from PMI and certified Design Build professional from DBIA.
