Bradley Walker
Bradley Walker manages the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power’s (LADWP) Corporate Health and Safety Division, and provides oversight for safety and industrial hygiene programs for the largest municipally owned utility company in the country, with an industrially diverse work force of more than 9000 employees.
Mr. Walker is a trained industrial hygienist with more than 25 years of experience in developing and implementing safety programs in both public and private sectors. Prior to his service at LADWP, he served as a Senior Safety Engineer at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, a NASA facility located in Pasadena, California. As a contractor for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Bureau of Reclamation and the Department of Navy, he has been responsible for the safety and industrial hygiene on many high profile, multimillion dollar projects.
Also active in many charitable and community organizations, Mr. Walker earned a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He received a master’s degree in public health, with an emphasis in industrial hygiene, from UCLA.
