Patient advocates may be called upon to answer questions and provide resources to assist patients and family members with financial matters. This course outlines the fundamental concepts, knowledge and skills necessary to discuss aspects of private insurance, Medicare and Medicaid coverage, how to navigate third-party payer systems and how to identify resources for the uninsured.Contact Us
