This session delves into essential cybersecurity requirements for federal contractors, with a detailed focus on additional Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements specific to Department of Defense (DoD) contractors. Participants will gain crucial insights into safeguarding the confidentiality of Federal Contract Information (FCI) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Additionally, the course covers penalties for cybersecurity non-compliance, including implications under the False Claims Act and the risk of disbarment.
