During the closure, you may still contact UCLA Extension Enrollment Center staff who will be responding via email during the limited days and hours. No in-person services will be available. No services will be provided over the phone.
Enrollment
- Enroll online 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Payment by phone will be unavailable during the break.

Concurrent Enrollment (petition to enroll in UCLA regular session daytime courses)
- Students may apply for concurrent enrollment at UCLA Concurrent Enrollment.
- The application period opened on December 16, 2024, and the submission deadline is January 24, 2025.

Fall Quarter Final Grades
- To view final grades, log into the Student Portal. From the menu on the left, select “My Enrollment History," then click the “Completed” tab.
- Final grades may take up to 2-3 weeks to be posted after the last course meeting.
- Questions or concerns about a final grade should be sent directly to the course instructor via Canvas.
Transcripts and Records
- Unofficial and Official transcripts can be ordered at uclaextension.edu/order-transcript. Electronic transcripts are usually sent within 24 hours of the request.
- Verification requests and record-related questions sent to studentrecords@uclaextension.edu will receive a response in 3-5 business days.
