Vincent Padilla
Vince Padilla’s experience in managing global projects spans over two decades. Currently, he works as the Contracts Lead at Boeing where he is responsible for the contract restructure as the Army transitions the former Future Combat Systems (FCS) program into the Brigade Combat Team Modernization (BCTM) program. Previously, he held several positions at Honeywell Aerospace over a period of 13 years, including General Counsel for Sourcing, Director of Supply Chain Agreements, Director of Global Alliances, Revenue Sharing Program Manager and Contracts Manager. He began his career at the former Hughes Aircraft Company (now part of Raytheon and Boeing), holding positions in Contracts, Program Planning, and Controls and Cost Analysis.
Vince is a member of the Arizona State Bar and received both his Bachelor’s of business administration and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California.
