Cosmin Iorga

Dr. Cosmin Iorga has over 30 years of experience in high-speed analog circuit design in CMOS/BiCMOS processes and troubleshooting at the system, board, and integrated circuit levels with emphasis on power integrity, signal integrity, and noise coupling reduction. He is currently the Senior Principal Engineer Analog Circuit Design at Rambus, designing and delivering integrated circuit architectures, specifications, simulations, and support. Dr. Iorga's decades of accumulated experience in the chips and silicon IP semiconductor manufacturing field have stemmed from key positions he held as the Principal Design Engineer at Inphi Corporation (a part of Marvell Technology), and Senior IC Design Engineer at Teradyne Inc.

Dr. Iorga is the founder and president of NoiseCoupling.com, offering consultation with products, papers, and support to the ICD community. He is also the author of the book Noise Coupling in Integrated Circuits: A Practical Approach to Analysis, Modeling, and Suppression.

Dr. Iorga earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and has 16 patents covering innovative solutions in noise coupling reduction and signal integrity.
