Charles Harless

Charles Harless is a software engineering manager and engineer with experience creating creative technological solutions and leading high-performance teams. He received his BS degree in Computer Science from University of Alabama and his MS degree in Computer Science from UCLA. He has worked in the entertainment business for most of his career at companies including Walt Disney Company, NBCUniversal Media, Amazon Prime Video, and Brightcove Media. He has contributed to products in streaming services, theme parks, commerce, mobile applications, and web applications. He started teaching at UCLA Extension in 2015, took a break for a few years, and has now returned to continue teaching. He is an engaging teacher with a knack for explaining the complex.
