Victor Soto

Victor is the Executive Director of Pacific Oaks Children’s School in Pasadena, California. The licensed preschool program serves 140 children between 2 through 5 years of age.  Our infant/toddler program provide education to parents and caregivers with children 6 to 24 months.  

Victor is an alumni of Pacific Oaks College having received his masters in Human Development with a specialization in Leadership in Education.  Using his direct experience working with elementary school children and in early childhood education, Victor supports adult learners in making the connection between theory and practice working with young children.  He has presented on a variety of topics including infant/toddler development, emergent curriculum, gardening, STEM, and the benefit of learning with nature.
