  • Learn how to calculate macronutrient needs for yourself

About this course:

This one-hour course provides an essential overview of the three macronutrients—carbohydrates, proteins, and fats—and their critical roles in exercise and sports performance. Students will learn how each macro supports different aspects of athletic performance, including energy provision, muscle repair, and recovery. By the end of the course, participants will have the knowledge and practical skills to calculate their own macronutrient needs to optimize their athletic performance.
