About this course:

Free and open-source, Blender has become increasingly important to Web3D world builders, AR and VR developers, animators, game and level designers. In this practical, hands-on course, students will demystify the Blender interface, break out of 'tutorial jail,' and learn how to customize the tools to their workflow preferences. Instruction covers basic modeling and editing tools, creating materials and textures, UV maps, basic animation, organizing projects, and most importantly, optimizing assets for a variety of spatial media projects. Students will output various projects in a series of live workshop session and lectures. No prior experience necessary.
