This course is designed to provide students with the fundamental principles and practical skill sets to understand the diverse cultures that comprise the global workplace of the twenty-first century. Participants discover "cultural proficiency," the cutting-edge approach to successfully navigating the intense diversity challenges of today's interdependent global business community.
