This course continues where Vintage II ends, sampling the wines of Portugal, Germany and other "Old World" countries, and moves on to "New World" wines of South Africa, Oceania, North and South America.

About this course:
This course continues where Vintage II left off with the remaining countries of the "old world" of wine--Portugal, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Hungary, as well as others, and the "new world"--those that are relatively new to producing wine, including South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Canada, and the United States.
Prerequisites
Successful completion of ENOLGY X 480 Vintage I.
