Drop-In Advising Hour
This informal Zoom session is a platform for current and new program students to connect and ask questions to program staff. Drop in for 10 minutes or stay for the hour. Have questions about the certificate or courses, bring them with you!

Every first and third Wednesday of the month, 11am-12pm PT.

Social Media Marketing

Most use social media for personal purposes but not everyone understands how to use social media for business. Go beyond posting and liking to examine how to leverage social media as a powerful marketing tool.

An internship in marketing can provide you with practical experience in a variety of marketing job functions. Certificate students must complete a minimum of 8 units of certificate curriculum, with a GPA of 3.0 or better, before enrolling in the internship course. UCLA Extension does not provide internship placement. Certificate students do have access to Career Services resources to assist in the internship search.
