Writers’ Program Lecture-Based Courses
Writing workshops—in which students share their writing with classmates to give and receive feedback on works in progress—remain the best way for writers to hone their craft. But every writer can benefit from instruction-based courses that allow them to read, discuss, and enrich their working
knowledge of writing.
The Writers’ Program is pleased to unveil a new series of courses rooted in knowledge, practice, and discussion to help writers reach their writing goals.
- Lower cost, non-credit courses allow you to focus on learning and honing your skills without added pressure
- Two scored exams/projects will help you evaluate your mastery of concepts and progress toward understanding
- Course lectures and discussions are offered via Zoom for 90 minutes once per week to help you fit learning into your busy life
- Focus on ideas, inspiration, and practical skills you can bring to your writing projects outside of class
