How We Can Help

Our advisors are your go-to resource for academic planning. We're here to provide guidance and clarity on your UCLA Extension experience. You can count on us to:

1. Explain program and course options to help you choose the best fit for your goals.
2. Guide you through course timelines and academic planning.
3. Answer general questions about enrollment, deadlines, and student policies.
4. Connect you with important resources, including Financial Aid, Enrollment Services, and Disability Support.
5. Offer personalized support tailored to your academic and professional aspirations.

What We Don't Do: To ensure you get the right support, please note that advisors do not grant exceptions to policies, approve enrollment overrides, provide immigration advice, or make Financial Aid decisions. For these, please contact the program office, the International Student Services office, or the Financial Aid office, respectively.

For in-depth questions, nothing beats a one-on-one session. We highly recommend booking an appointment to get the most out of your time. Our advisors specialize in different fields of study and can offer personalized guidance.

Important Note on Appointments: Our advising team works on a hybrid schedule. While our offices are open for drop-ins, we can't guarantee an advisor will be immediately available. To ensure you meet with the right advisor for your area of interest, booking a specific time is the best way to connect with us.
