Artificial Intelligence & the News Media

Recent advances in computer software — broadly known as AI or artificial intelligence evoke prospects of a 21st century version of the Industrial Revolution, when technology dramatically increases productivity and sharing of knowledge. In this course, we look at how the news media might evolve using AI, and how understanding and conduct of national and world events could be affected.
