Sanjesh Sharma

Sanjesh P. Sharma is corporate counsel at Abbott Medical Optics.  A registered patent lawyer, practicing in California for over sixteen years, Sanjesh has broad experience in complex commercial business matters with a focus on intellectual property and contracts, including patent and trademark prosecution, litigation and licensing, as well as general commercial business counseling and litigation.  She has experience in all phases of litigation including pretrial, trial, and appellate work, and is also well-versed in intellectual property procurement and transactional matters.  Sanjesh is active in various professional organizations, has been listed as a Rising Star by the California Super Lawyer magazine in 2009-2011, and often writes and speaks on intellectual property issues.

Sanjesh has been teaching Business Law at UCLA Extension since 2011.
