Nadya Ichinomiya
Nadya Ichinomiya’s experience in agile management and project management spans over 27 years. Currently, she is Vice President of Agile Transformation, Enablement, & Operations at Sony Pictures Entertainment working with teams, executives, and the C-suite to improve their speed of execution in an industry tackling vast amounts of disruption. She brings a wealth of experience from a range of senior level positions in the entertainment industry, tech, the publishing world and beyond having worked previously at IBM, Hewlett Packard, and MGM.
Ms. Ichinomiya received her BS degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the USC Marshall School of Business.
Nadya is a founding board member of GAAD, (Global Accessibility Awareness Foundation), a nonprofit organization whose mission is to disrupt the culture of technology to include accessibility as a core requirement. Nadya also co-founded the Women in Technology: Hollywood organization (WiTH) which creates opportunities for women and underrepresented people in the tech sector of the entertainment industry.
