Monica Dahlgren
Monica Dahlgren brings over 11 years of construction management experience and a track record of successful completion of commercial projects nationwide. Monica has launched her own construction management and consulting firm, and currently works directly for clients overseeing the full design and construction process from inception/lease signing/upfront site selection through construction closeout. Monica brings a wealth of diversified experience in the construction industry from holding responsibilities as a project manager for a handful of large general contractors, as well as an owner's representative. Notable projects Monica has overseen include the Alliance Theater at the High Museum in Atlanta, various luxury retail stores in locations such as the Wynn casino and Melrose Place, and the Tower Theater transformation in downtown Los Angeles.
Monica holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont and a Certificate in Real Estate, Investments, and Finance from UCLA Extension.
Monica holds LEED AP ID+C (LEED Accredited Professional with Interior Design and Construction specialty), EIT (Engineer in Training), and OSHA 30 credentials. She is an active professional in the construction industry and is a member of ULI (Urban Land Institute) Los Angeles and NAIOP (National Association for Industrial and Office Parks).
