Mitchell Rufca

Mitch has over 20 years of recruiting experience which has ranged from aerospace to engineering. Over the past 10 years, he has focused on growing his company, Rufca Recruiting Services LLC; as they focus on administrative, legal and technical support to law firms and Fortune 500 companies.  

Mitch teaches classes on talent acquisition for the Human Resources Management Certificate program at UCLA Extension and is a Senior Lecturer at Loyola Marymount University, where he teaches classes on professional recruiting to undergraduate students as part of the College of Business Administration. 

Mitch is a board member of the Los Angeles Chapter of the National Human Resources Association, and he frequently speaks to different associations about job search strategies and resume preparation, and has published articles in the Los Angeles Paralegal Association, and Orange County Paralegal publications.  Mitch has a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University, and a Masters in Business Administration earned from Pepperdine University.
