Mark is renowned as a marketing executive, educator, and global speaker. On the ad agency side on Madison Avenue at McCann in New York and Chicago, he led key accounts including L’Oreal and Sears. And he worked on the corporate side at AT&T and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He founded the marketing consultancy, Blue Focus Marketing and has consulted with multiple companies including IBM, AT&T, LinkedIn, and Wharton.

Outside the classroom, Mark’s influence extends across the globe. As a distinguished speaker and marketing consultant, he harnesses his wealth of knowledge to navigate the dynamic terrains of the marketing world, offering invaluable insights that shape the industry’s future.

His literary contributions, including "The Social Employee" (McGraw-Hill, 2014) and "The New Marketing: How to Win in the Digital Age" (SAGE, 2020), have become essential reading, illuminating the intricate pathways of modern marketing.
