Instructor Statement:
Telling a story is a gift, not only to yourself, but to the people that experience the power of your words. As a writing instructor, it is my mission to hone in on that gift and usher my students into the mentality and work ethic of being a professional writer. Writing can be brutal, yet incredibly satisfying, and if you have the necessary tools in your belt, telling a compelling story will be that much easier. By the end of my class each student should not only be confident in their knowledge of TV writing, but also have a strong understanding of how to navigate the industry as an upcoming writer in Hollywood, specifically in the world of comedic storytelling.
