Andrea Bari

Andrea "Andy" Bari is known for a career vesting the business roles of producer, publisher, and manager. He spent 12+ years negotiating, representing, and administrating entertainment contracts as producer, publisher, and/or manager. He worked for two law firms and numerous clients in the subjects of intellectual property law and business, including record labels such as Side One Dummy, Kiefer Sutherland’s Ironworks, and Matthew McConaughey’s JK Livin’. He worked behind the camera in major motion pictures, as consultant or independent film producer, and in-house with production companies such as Deline Pictures at Warner Bros and Playtone. In 2016 – ‘17 he was the legal researcher for the United Nations Special Rapporteur in Cultural Rights and his legal research expands from the history of intellectual property to the most modern subjects between creativity and tech, such as AI. He is a part-time entertainment law and business professor for the last 6 years at some of the most influential Southern California universities and a renowned expert witness in the field of intellectual property related to entertainment and the arts. Currently, he is the producing partner of author Dan Brown and the leading director of the immersive experience medium, Massimiliano Siccardi. Among other endeavors, he functions as the head of XR and co-producer of the Monolith Awards for the Infinity Festival, the leading festival merging storytelling and new media technology.
