About this course:

This seminar serves as an introduction to some of the legal issues that impact interior designers. The seminar covers some of the most common sources of legal problems in interior design, including vague terms in contracts and intellectual property issues. The seminar will also illustrate subtleties regarding topics such as sales tax and arbitration that might not be apparent to most interior designers. This seminar is appropriate for students with all levels of interior design education and experience.
