Carlo Coppola

Ph.D. in Comparative Literature, University of Chicago; has taught South Asian studies, Middle Eastern studies, literature, and linguistics at the university level for over four decades. He has an extensive record of academic writing on and translations of poetry and fiction from South Asian literatures.  He is also a chef, culinary instructor, and food writer.
